Your KML Foundation exists to provide support for tuition assistance and other
non-budgeted programs for KML. In order to provide this support, the Foundation
created an endowment fund that invests gifts from donors. Most of those donations are from estates and various deferred gifts, but we receive income from other sources as well.
A major source of annual income comes from our Charity Golf Outing and our Clay Shoot/Wine Tasting event. The proceeds from these events are given directly to the Foundation’s endowment fund, which means these fun events are also great opportunities to support current and future KML students. In the last nine years, these two events have generated more than $250,000 which has benefited our school and our students.
We will continue seeking estate gifts which will add significant growth and influence for the Foundation, but we also appreciate the people who participate in these events because they are making a positive impact as well. Watch for information on our 2020 events in the coming months.
